Brief History

Born and raised in Soweto, Pallance developed a love for the Acting craft at a young age. He has won awards for his self-penned play Milk and Bread, as well as being runner up in the 2010 nationwide DALRO scholarship competition. This year, Pallance reached the final of Class Act 2011, a talent search competition broadcast nationally on SABC1. He received widespread acclaim for his performances from the likes of Darryl Roodt (director of Academy Award nominated film, Yesterday) and director Tim Green, but lost out by a narrow margin in the final public vote. A quiet and intense observer, Pallance’s motto is to always keep learning and developing, as an actor and as a human being.
