Luke Sharland is a passionate South African actor whose journey in front of the camera began at the age of 16, appearing in both local and international commercials. While pursuing a degree in film production at film school, Luke’s true passion for acting only deepened, solidifying his commitment to performance as his first love.
Most recently, Luke starred in the international series Conflict, directed by renowned Finnish filmmaker Aku Louhimies. Luke shared the screen with acclaimed actors Peter Franzén, Moe Dunford, and Nadia Forde, showcasing his range and international appeal.
In addition to his acting career, Luke is also an executive producer and director at Mandala Films, a Cape Town-based production company known for creating powerful and thought-provoking visual stories. His dual experience in front of and behind the camera gives him a unique perspective and depth in every role he takes on.
