A professional actor in film, television, and theatre for nearly 30 years, Adam has worked in South Africa, England, America, Europe, and Thailand. He has both European and British passports.
He is particularly well regarded for his ‘character’ work in TV and film and has recent credits with major production and distribution houses (HBO, STARZ, Paramount +) across both mediums. Adam has worked with some of the world's most well-respected directors including Andy Serkis (Breathe), Kevin MacDonald (The Mauritanian), Kristian Levring (The Salvation), and Per Fly (Hammarskjold). As well as his extensive work in supporting roles, Adam has recently carried his first lead role in a feature as Russel Aria in Martin Barshai’s Ether’s Paradise.
For television, Adam has recently appeared in episodes of 1923 (Paramount +), Catch Me a Killer (Fired Up Films), Desert Rose (MNET), and Revelation Road (Advantage Entertainment). He has an extensive television appearance list with credits across many of the world's major television production and presentation channels including the BBC, SkyTV, ITV, NatGeo, and the History Channel.
Adam lives in Cape Town with his family. He is an enthusiastic surfer, speaks passable basic French, and has good experience with stage/screen fighting. He looks forward every morning to working with Meryl Streep. Or Julia Roberts. Or George Clooney. Or Lucian Msamati. Because they seem to be having the most fun.
