Productions, Clients, Recording Studios, Engineers, Editors and Advertising Agencies are prohibited from using the name, likeness, image or voice recordings of the Performer for purposes other than those specified in the initial agreement or voice over session, including creating any form of synthetic or cloned performance or voices, (including guide-voices) without the artist's explicit consent. Additionally, transferring ownership of performances or recordings for AI uses or selling them to third parties is prohibited. Clients must also take reasonable precautions to secure any digital files containing the artist's voice from unauthorized access.
