Nina comes from a strong creative, business, and strategic background. Her reputation as one of South Africa’s leading, most respected advertising and marketing professionals precedes her. With over thirty years in the advertising industry and running her own agency, she was instrumental in building some of South Africa’s most successful brands. Nina took over the reins in 2020 when our founder, Moonyeenn Lee, passed away.

Nashoda started her talent career in 2005 as Head Booker with Forecast Casting & Character agency in Durban. In 2014, Nashoda moved to Johannesburg and joined MLA as an Agent. Nashoda’s depth of experience and her dedication to our actors makes her a formidable force in the talent and performance arena.

Tori joined MLA in 2021 from the marketing and communications industry, where she worked for 16 years. Her experience gained over the years has helped her develop solid communication and organizational skills. Tori has developed a passion for our actors and the craft making her a dynamic member of our agent team in Jo'burg. Tori is responsible for soapies, telenovelas, short films (Jo'burg) and PR. She also has a keen interest in social and digital media.

Yolinda comes from a strong sales and marketing background, obtained a National Diploma in Marketing in 1989. Yolinda worked as Voice Agent for MLA for 8 years before leaving in 2020. Yolinda is now back in the MLA fold and heading up our Voice portfolio as well as commercials in Jo'burg. Her dedication and loyalty to our talent and the arts stems from her ability to connect with people from a holistic point of view.

Toyah is a dynamic operations professional with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. With her strong background in managing bookings for international DJ's and music venues across London, Toyah brings a wealth of expertise to the team, making her a valuable asset to MLA. Alongside her entertainment industry experience, Toyah's expertise in HR Management, along with her bookings experience, has been the ideal springboard for her career as an agent. Toyah manages MLA Cape Town and deals with all film and television projects.

Claire’s journey is a testament to her diverse talents and passions. Starting her career as a performer, she has worked across stage, film, and television.  Her dedication to the arts led her to explore other avenues within the industry, starting with becoming a professional make-up artist. Claire worked on numerous productions, events, and private clients, and her interests didn't end there. Driven by her flair for administration, negotiation, and networking, she ventured into artist representation, where she has remained for the past decade. 

Victoria received her Executive Secretarial Diploma from Rosebank College in November 1987. She has over 32 years experience in numerous industries, such as financial, advertising and training, both internationally and locally. In addition to executive assistant responsibilities, she is experienced in HR, operational and marketing management and is usually responsible for the efficient running of most of the office environments in which she works. She currently runs her own consultancy, contracting to small businesses that require office and secretarial support.
