Craig Urbani is a South African actor performing on stage and screen locally and internationally since 1992. He has received various awards and nominations for his stage work, which includes four Fleur du Cap nominations and five Naledi nominations for shows such as Chicago, Sound of Music, Kiss Me Kate, The Rocky Horror Show, Grease, We Will Rock You, Fame, Thoroughly Modern Millie and Rock Of Ages for which he won the Best Supporting Actor Award at The Naledi’s He also performed in various countries abroad, including the U.K. and Australia, where he received a Laurence Olivier nomination for Contact and won a Green Room Award for Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story. His television work in South Africa includes series such as: Isidingo, Generations, It’s Complicated, Binnelanders, Scandal, Ashes To Ashes, Shado’s, Desert Rose, Nowhere Man and Makoti. He has been awarded two SAFTA’S for his work on Isidingo and Makoti winning Best Supporting Actor both times. His international TV work includes Tropical Heat, Uncle Max and Warrior Season 2. His film work locally and internationally includes: Woman Of Desire, Looking For Love, Blitzpatrollie, Sabbatical, Killshot, The Construct, Amith and Jay, Last Days Of American Crime.
