| Nina Lawrenson is an actor, director and videographer from Cape Town. They enjoy exploring the depths of human emotions and experiences through their acting craft and hold a true passion for the art of storytelling.
Nina graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor's degree in Screen Production and an Honours Degree in Documentary Filmmaking. Nina further expanded their acting training by studying Acting For Film at the New York Film Academy in 2018, and Theatre Performance with Janice Honeyman in 2020. During their studies, they appeared in several short films and explored their skills as a director. Since then, Nina has gained valuable videography and production experience by working at a Cape Town-based production company. This multifaceted background has given Nina a unique perspective, allowing them to approach each acting project with a comprehensive understanding of the creative process.
